Beijing, P.R. China - May 30, 2007: Withdata Software today announces OraLoader 2.0,
a bulk loader tool, enabling database developers import and export flat file data to
and from an Oracle database quickly and easily. OraLoader will let users migrate
data from one table to another with exceptional accuracy even when it comes to
tables in different databases. OraLoader saves your time, frees you from heavy data
loading and uploading work.

OraLoader can be used to import Oracle data from text to database, export Oracle
data to text, CSV, Excel, HTML, XML, SQL*Loader control file. The utility will also
allow running SQL commands and exporting results to text, CSV, Excel, HTML, and XML,
leaving all complexities behind the scene. Unlike similar software, OraLoader offers
users an ability to preview import results. Besides, it has been optimized to
deliver fast import/export operations, supports more file formats than other
utilities and offers more custom export options.

The current release includes a significant change - a new \"Upload All Table\"
function. The new features and improvements are aimed at providing better Oracle
import/export experience.

Pricing and Availability
OraLoader 2.0 runs under Microsoft Windows 98/ME/2000/XP/2003 and costs $39.95 (US)
for a single-user license. Licensed customers are entitled to free minor upgrades,
discounts for major upgrades, and free technical support by email. Additional
